However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, 3D-printing process, handmade finishing, sheet-metal finishing, or natural material behaviour.

Minor differences in colour, texture, size, finish, or appearance will not be considered a defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are listed on the website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes, shipping, installation, or other charges as mentioned on the product page or checkout page.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We use secure third-party payment partners to process payments. AERIS LIVING does not directly store card, UPI, banking, or payment details.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Made-to-Order and Customized Products

Some AERIS LIVING products may be made to order, customized, 3D-printed, specially finished, or produced based on selected size, colour, design, or finish.

Production timelines may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

Once production, customization, finishing, or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, delivery charges, order processing, tracking, and delivery-related conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, transport issues, remote location restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled as per our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Return or replacement requests for damaged, defective, or wrong products must be raised within the timeline mentioned in the return policy.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, invoice, labels, and accessories wherever applicable.

8. Warranty

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, accidental damage, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or electrical damage due to voltage fluctuation or incorrect usage.
