How are Aeris Living products made?
Every piece is designed in-house and 3D-printed layer by layer in sustainable, plant-based PLA, then hand-finished in our own Aeris Living workshop in India.
How long will my order take?
Our products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 days for dispatch, plus delivery time. You will receive tracking by email and SMS once it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties are not included and may be collected by your local customs.
What materials do you use?
Lamp shades are 3D-printed in plant-based, recyclable PLA. Bases and furniture use powder-coated steel.
What bulb do the lamps use?
Most lamps use a standard E27 fitting and include a warm LED bulb. Each product page lists the exact bulb under Specifications.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Made-to-order items can be returned only if damaged or defective — send photos within 48 hours.
How do I care for my product?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, solvents and abrasive cleaners.
Do you offer custom colours or finishes?
Many products come in several finishes. For bespoke or bulk requests, contact us and we will do our best to help.
